- •1. Patient's symptom duration was at least 12 weeks
- •2. Conservative treatment failed
- •3. Disc herniation confirmed by MRI of lumbar spine
排除标准
- •1. Previous lumbosacral surgery
- •2. Disc herniation with spinal instability
- •3. Current steroid used
- •4. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •5. Allergy to triamcinolone, or medication in postoperative pain control protocol
