入选标准
- •1. Boc orthopaedic patients undergoing elective hip surgery surgical patients;
- •2. Gender not limited;
- •3. Aged 60-90 years;
- •4. ASA I - III level;
- •5. Understand and volunteer to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with unclear consciousness or mental disorders, communication disorders;
- •2. Patients with combined heart, lung, liver, kidney functions and severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with allergies to any drugs in the study;
- •4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
- •5. Spinal anesthesia contraindication patients.
