•a) The children of age group 2-8 years will be taken irrespective of their sex religion, socioeconomic status.
•b) Children having chardi with 2 or more symptoms described in the context of chardi.
•c) Children suffering from chardi less than 2 days duration with no or minimal degree of dehydration will be selected.

•a)Children with complications of chardi (fever, moderate and severe dehydration, presence of bile and blood in vomiting, projectile vomiting, vomiting due to head injury).
•b)Children with known case of systemic disorders, metabolic diseases.
•c)Organic causes of vomiting including congenital anomalies and intestinal obstruction, chronic systemic infections, etc will be excluded.
