- •1. patient with diabetes mellitus type 2
- •2. treated or used to be treated with Metformin (immediate release)
- •3. Thai patients, aged > 18 years old
排除标准
- •1. patients who withdraw metformin due to other reasons which was not gastrointestinal side effect
- •2. patients with irritable bowel syndrome
- •3. patients with inflammatory bowel disease
- •4. patients with cirrhosis child B or C
- •5. patients with advanced stage of cancer
- •6. patient with AIDS
- •7. pregnant patients
