简要总结
This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the effectiveness of task-oriented circuit training (TOCT) combined with conventional physiotherapy on locomotor performance and quality of life in stroke survivors. Participants will be allocated to either TOCT plus conventional physiotherapy or conventional physiotherapy alone. The intervention will be provided 3 times per week for 6 weeks. Outcomes will be assessed at baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks using TUG,10MWT, 2MWT, and FAC as primary outcomes and SSQOL-17 as a secondary outcome.
