This study aims to compare the effectiveness of telerehabilitation and manual physical therapy in the management of shoulder impingement syndrome. Shoulder impingement syndrome is a common musculoskeletal condition causing pain and limitation of shoulder movements, affecting daily activities and quality of life. Participants diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome will be randomly allocated into two groups. One group will receive telerehabilitation based physiotherapy consisting of supervised exercise sessions delivered through online video communication. The other group will receive conventional manual physical therapy including hands on techniques and supervised exercises at the clinic. Both groups will undergo treatment for a specified duration. Outcome measures such as pain intensity, shoulder range of motion, functional disability, and quality of life will be assessed before and after the intervention. The study will help determine whether telerehabilitation is as effective as manual physical therapy in managing shoulder impingement syndrome.

入选标准
- •Both male and female participants aged twenty to fifty years clinically diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome by an orthopedic surgeon or based on positive clinical tests such as Neer and Hawkins Kennedy.
- •Participants with shoulder pain duration more than four weeks and pain score greater than four on numeric pain rating scale.
- •Participants willing to actively participate and comply with the intervention protocol.
排除标准
- •Participants currently taking non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs or with a positive drop arm test indicating full thickness rotator cuff tear.
- •Participants with neurological or psychological conditions affecting posture motor control or ability to follow instructions.
- •Participants with a history of shoulder surgery trauma or dislocation involving the affected shoulder within the past one year.
