入选标准
- •Thai Adult 18 years of age and over
- •Bodymass index within 18 - 30 kg/square meter
- •Vitamin D level (25(OH)D) less than 30 ng/ml
排除标准
- •Renal insufficiency, eGFR less than 30 ml/min
- •Nephrotic syndrome
- •Renal calculi
- •Malabsorptive condition
- •Hypercalcemia
- •Receive any vitamin D supplement or other drug which interfere with vitamin D metabolism esp. carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, steroid, lipase inhibitor, bile acid sequestrant, before enrollment within 6 months
