入选标准
- •BMI with overweight to grade 1
- •Waist hip ratio (WHR) from 0.81 to 1.0 and above, respectively for females and
- •Participants with or without controlled co-morbid conditions such as dyslipidaemia, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus (excluding patient taking metformin
排除标准
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Participants with BMI more than 35.
- •Participants with known endocrinological disorders such as hyper or hypothyroidism, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.
- •Participants with a history of major depressive or other severe psychiatric disorders or an eating disorder judged by frequency and quantity of food.
- •Participants with current or past one month usage of Ayurvedic medications dietary supplements causing weight gain or loss.
- •Participants having severe cardiac disorders, HIV infection, malignancy.
- •Participants who have undergone obesity related surgeries like bariatric, gastric bypass etc.
