入选标准
- •1. Subjects of age 25 â?? 50 years.
- •2. Interproximal 2 or 3 wall intrabony defect in the posterior teeth with a probing depth of>=5mm.
- •3. Subjects with radiographic evidence of intrabony defect >=3mm.
- •4. Subjects willing to participate in the study.
- •5. Subjects who are apparently healthy.
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
- •2. Any form of Tobacco use.
- •3. Having habits like bruxism and night clenching.
- •4. Allergic drug history .
- •5. Subjects who underwent any form of periodontal therapy in the past 6 months
