入选标准
- •no psychological or physical disorders or disabilities that are likely to cause fluctuations in cognitive performance during the study period
- •- age is at least 18 years
- •- eating behaviour is stable, i.e., either omnivore or vegetarian/vegan for at least 6 months
- •- They have not taken creatine in the last 6 months before the study begins
- •- They are able to consent
- •- They do not consume on average more than 20g of alcohol per day (if female) or not more than 40g of alcohol per day (if male)
- •- They do not consume recreational drugs more than once a week
- •- They do not do more than 6 hours of intense sports per week
