入选标准
- •The patient over 20years who admitted to hospital due to acute decompensated heart failure and whose BNP(Brain natriuretic peptide) level is same or more than 150pg/mL.
排除标准
- •- The patient with obstructive or restrictive lung disease
- •- The patient with valve disease or primary pulmonary artery disease
- •- The patient who have unstable angina, myocardial infarction or reperfusion therapy within 30 days
- •- The patient with renal failure whose MDRD(Modification of Diet in Renal Disease) GFR is less than 15mL/min/1.73m2 or who is in hemodialysis.
- •- The patient who Bio-impedence measurement is impossible due to intubation or mechanical support
