入选标准
- •patients with symptomatic active oral or mucocutaneous lichenplanus with BSA greater than 5 % who needs systenic therapy
- •Symptomatic lesions of reticular, atrophic and
- •erosive OLP, based on the clinical and
- •histopathological criteria of the WHO (1978) and
- •modified by van der Meij and van der Waal.
- •Patients of oral LP with treatment failure after 4
- •weeks of topical therapy.
排除标准
- •Patients with treatment naive mild lichen
- •Patient with renal impairment
- •Pregnancy,lactation and with serious medical
- •Contraindications for Prednisolone/cyclosporine
- •Defnitive drug induced lichenoid eruption
- •Nail and hair,lichen planus, lichen planus
- •pigmentosus
