简要总结
I am going to treat the patient of melasma (only male volunteer) for this study by giving intralesional tranexamic acid injections in the strength of 25mg/ml with maximum number of patients 50. Objective of the study is to evaluate the safety ,efficacy and adverse effects of intralesional tranexamic acid for the treatment of melasma in male patients. Total of 35 patients has been registered till date.

入选标准
- •Healthy volunteer.
排除标准
- •1 patient with realistic expectations 2 female, 3 bleeding disorders, 4 using any other treatment modalities for melasma in previous 6 months.

主要结局
Total reduction in Melasma area severity index,at 4,8,12,16 week
时间窗: 16 weeks
次要结局
- MASI score at 16 weeks(At 4weeks interval for 4 times total for sixteen Weeks)
