- •(a)Between 18 to 70 years of age
- •(b)Patients with first ever stroke
- •(c)Time of stroke onset between 1 to 3 months
- •(d)Level of spasticity in upper extremity between grades 1 and 1+ based on Modified Ashworth scale
- •(e)Brunnstrom hand recovery stages of 4 5 6 shoulder and elbow recovery stages of 3 4
排除标准
- •(a)Patients scoring less than 20 on Mini mental state examination.
- •(b)Patients with visual, auditory, perceptual issues
- •(c)Patients having premorbid neurological deficits
- •(d)Patients having a premorbid modified Rankin scale more than 3
- •(e)Those unwilling or unable to participate
