入选标准
- •1.Patients requiring orthodontic treatment with extraction of bilateral maxillary
- •1st premolars.
- •2. Age 16-25 years old males and females.
- •3. Angles class I bimaxillary protrusion ,Class II Div I malocclusion(ANB=5)
- •4. Fully erupted maxillary teeth upto second molars.
- •5. Irregularity index < 4mm.
排除标准
- •1.Long term use of antibiotics ,steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs.
- •2. Prominent canine roots ( in labial cortical bone).
- •3. Extreme skeletal class II mal occlusion(ANB >5)
- •4. History of previous orthodontic treatment.
- •5. History of systemic and medical illness.
