入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients whose teeth have pulp necrosis, which will be confirmed by absence of a response to pulp sensitivity tests and radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis or periapical radiolucency.
- •2. No spontaneous pre-treatment pain or at the time of the appointment.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who used antibiotics in the past three months or had systemic disease.
- •2. Visibly exposed root canals.
- •3. Teeth that could not be isolated.
- •4. Fistula and oedema in periapical tissues.
- •5. Advanced periodontal disease.
- •6. Incomplete root formation.
- •7. History of recent dental trauma.
- •8. Teeth with root canal curvatures greater than 20°.
- •9. Teeth shorter than 15mm and longer than 25mm.
- •10. Crown/root fracture, root resorption or calcifications.
