入选标准
- •ASA grade I or II fit patients.
- •Ages between 1 and 8 years of either sex.
- •Patients undergoing elective infraumbilical and lower limb pediatric surgeries.
- •Acceptance of study and signing informed consent.
排除标准
- •Patients with ASA physical status ill or more.
- •Patients posted for emergency procedures.
- •Patients with history of spine pathology, anomalies or deformities.
- •Patients with bleeding disorders, infections.

时间窗: 4 and 8 weeks
次要结局
- To assess heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial prior & after caudal block.(4 & 8 weeks)
