入选标准
- •1.Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury directly admitted to Neuro-intensive care unit (NICU) within 24 hour of injury.
- •2.Glasgow Coma Score less than or equals to 12.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with pre-existing lung injuries like Rib fractures with contusion.
- •2.Patients with initial ABG (done within 6 hours of ICU admission) showing PaO2/FiO2 < 200 will be excluded.
- •3.History of pre-existing cardiac disease.
- •4.Patient relatives refusal to provide informed consent
