The study aims to evaluate the body mass index (BMI) at 11to 13 weeks and assess maternal hemodynamic and vascular parameters at 35 to 37 weeks of pregnancy. It will also investigate how increased maternal BMI and gestational weight gain affect these parameters and examine pregnancy outcomes associated with obesity.
