入选标准
- •Elective upper limb surgeries of elbow, forearm and hand.
- •BMI 18.5 - 30.
排除标准
- •Pre existing neurologic deficits.
- •Coagulopathy.
- •Known case of obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease.
- •Known case of renal failure.
- •Known case of hepatic failure.
- •Known allergy or intolerance to any of the drugs used in the study.
- •Receiving general anaesthesia.
- •Prior surgery in the corresponding side of the neck or infraclavicular fossa.
- •Evidence of infection at the axillary or costoclavicular area.
- •Patients unable to abduct operative arm.
