入选标准
- •Diagnosis of hemiplegic stroke
- •- Age between 20 years and 75 years
- •- First-ever stroke
- •- Cognitive intact (K-MMSE >=25)
- •- Fugle-meyer assessment-upper score in affected side is between 25 and 50 points.
排除标准
- •- any complex regional pain syndrome or existing residual weakness
- •- neuropsychological or neurological disorder other than stoke before stroke
- •- difficulty in perform auditory-related tasks
- •- unable to perform outcome measure-related task
- •- pain of disorder affecting upper extremity rehabilitation
- •- no motivation with music-VR rehab
