- •who was diagnosed acute appendicitis in Hatyai hospital
- •who was operated appendectomy during 8.00am to 4.00 pm
- •ASA class 1-3

- •ASA class 4-5
- •rupture appendicitis
- •risk to laparoscopy or general anesthesia
- •deny to randomized for study
- •Age less than 14 years
