入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with diagnosis of radiologically verified grade III or IV
- •osteoarthritis according to the Kellgren-Lawrence Grading Scale who are not willing or not
- •fit for knee replacement due to concomitant comorbid medical diseases
排除标准
- •Multiple joint involvement,
- •History of knee surgery
- •Experiencing acute knee pain with inflammation findings
- •Connective tissue disease affecting the knee joint
- •Serious psychiatric disorder or neurological disease
- •Current use of anticoagulant drugs
- •Having received intra-articular steroid or hyaluronic acid injection within the previous 3 months.
- •Patient not willing to participate in study
- •Allergy to duloxetine.
