•? Meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility: Both spouses have normal sexual life and have not been pregnant for 1 year without contraception;
•? Patients who intend to receive IVF-ET treatment in Shuguang Hospital, aged between 35-42 years old;
•? Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM kidney essence deficiency type;
•Diagnostic criteria for infertility due to deficiency of kidney essence: (Refer to the Twelfth Five-Year Plan
•Planning textbook Chinese Medicine Gynecology and higher medical college textbook Chinese Medicine Diagnostics 5th edition)
•Main symptoms: long-term marriage, infertility, irregular menstruation, low menstrual flow, pale color, or even amenorrhea.
•Secondary symptoms: weakness in the waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, decreased libido, fatigue, forgetfulness and hair loss.
•Tongue and pulse: pale red tongue, white coating, deep and thin pulse.
•With long-term marriage and infertility, the main symptom has 1 item, and the secondary symptom has 1-2 items, which can be diagnosed by referring to the tongue and pulse.
