- •Accessible strawberry salespoint
- •No or moderate intake of dietary supplements/vitamins
- •No shift work
- •Consumption of the tested foods in the past
- •Weight < 100kg
- •Regular influenza vaccination (planned but not considered (*))
- •(*) Citation of ethics application: Should it be clear at the the start of the study that the recruitment goal cannot be achieved with the given inclusion criteria, the inclusion criteria will be dropped or softened in their order from bottom to top.
- •We could only apply the first 5 criteria.
排除标准
- •known food allergy/intolerance in the subject, food allergy/intolerance to strawberries in the subject or 1st degree relatives;
- •prescription drugs (except cholesterol-lowering drugs, antihypertensive drugs, thyroid drugs) / severe chronic diseases (e.g. cancer, diabetes, autoimmune diseases).
