- •Elective lower abdominal surgeries
排除标准
- •patient refusal,
- •Age <18 and >60,
- •ASA 3 & ASA 4,
- •patient posted for emergency surgeries,
- •patient with local infection at puncturing site,
- •patient with ischemic and rheumatic heart diseases,
- •patient with coagulation defect and patients on anticoagulants,
- •patient with neuromuscular disorders,
- •patients with history of diabetic, hepatic & renal failure,
- •patients allergic to local anaesthetic drugs.
