- •1. The patients with psoriatic lesions area and severity index PASI = 10 met the diagnostic criteria of severe psoriasis;
- •2. Patients who meet the indications of biological agents (iqizhu) and have no history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD);
- •3. Patients who sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •Psoriasis patients not suitable for iqizhu treatment.
