入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients with age above 18 years undergoing surgery for hip fracture under sub-arachnoid blockade
- •2) BMI:18-30 kg/m2
- •3) ASA physical status: I-III
排除标准
- •1) Allergy to local anaesthestics drugs.
- •2) Any contraindication to neuraxial blockade like local infection at site of injection, raised intacranial pressure, spine trauma.
- •3) Prothrombin Time INR greater than 1.5,Platelet count less than 75,000/cmm
- •4) Patient refusal to FICB/ neuraxial blockade.
- •5) Previous surgery in suprainguinal region.
- •6) Patient unable to understand the procedure.
