- •Students of age 19-25years
- •- Both gender
- •- Screen time 3-6hrs/day or 30-40 hours/week. (Screen time is a total of
- •spending time working on computers, tablets, phones, watching TV shows, videos, movies.)
- •- Attention deficit detected using Adult Self Report Scale(ASRS)
排除标准
- •- Mini mental state examination score: less than 21
- •- Psychiatric problems like bipolar mood disorder, schizophrenia, mental
- •handicap, personality disorders, chronic suicidal or self injurious behaviors.
