- •2.ASA physical status 1-3
- •3.undergoing Transurethral Resection of the Prostate under spinal anesthesia
- •4.inform consent before
- •5.pass cut-off point of MMSE-Thai 2002 for cognitive impairment
排除标准
- •1.patient refuse to participate
- •2.contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •3.allergy to drug in trial
- •4.liver cirrhosis
- •5.end stage renal disease
- •6.Bradycardia ((heart rate <=50 bpm))
