- Male
入选标准
- •1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot gangrene.
- •2. Grade 2-3 for diabetic foot.
- •3. Aged 30 to 80 years old;
- •4. Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant or lactating women.
- •2.Diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis in the last three months.
- •3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or other serious primary diseases.
- •4. Psychiatric patients.
- •5. Neurovascular lesions caused by other causes.
- •6. Allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan, not suitable for the treatment plan.
- •7. Have a history of cancer or other intestinal inflammatory diseases.
- •8. Have had any bowel surgery in five years.
- •9. Invasive medical intervention 3 months before sampling
