入选标准
- •1. adult patient (age at least 18-year-old)
- •2. treat by the surgery department, Thammasart University hospital
- •3. retained closed system abdominal drain(Jackson-pratt drain or Fortune drain) and planned to remove
- •4. able to understand Thai and speak Thai
- •5. agree to join the research
- •6. had midline incision surgery or laparoscopic surgery
排除标准
- •1. do not want to give information
- •2. unable to answer time/place/person clearly
- •3. history of abdominal drain removal
- •4. allergy to lidocaine
- •5. pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •6. abnormal pain perception
- •7. receive pain killer within 24 hours
- •8. receive the intravenous sedative drug within 48 hours
- •9. skin lesions around drain such as infection dermatitis burn or wound
- •10. UD stroke or paralysis
- •11. unable to contact colds such as Raynaud's syndrome
