•1.Systemically healthy patients (Category: American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1) (ASA House of Delegates 2014) age between 18-60 years with maxillary or mandibular molar teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis will be included.
•2. Patient with history of spontaneous/lingering pain/nocturnal pain in relation to maxillary or mandibular molar.
•3.A written informed consent will be taken from all the patients and only those patients ready to sign the consent form, willing to participate and come for multiple visit for follow-up will be included in the study.

•1.Non restorable/ badly broken/ necrosed tooth/ tooth with sinus tracts/local gum swelling/ periodontally compromised tooth/ tooth with heavy occlusal forced/ tooth with negative pulp sensibility test/ tooth with any developmental anomalies are excluded from study.
•2.Radiographic evidence of peri/inter radicular lesions, internal/external root resorption, pulp stone in pulp chamber and open apex will be excluded from the study
•3.Pregnant and lactating patients will be excluded from study.
