- •3. Having 12 scorable facial and lingual surfaces
- •4. Written informed consents from the patient

- •1.Children having condition that could interfere with study participation.
- •2. Children requiring emergency dental treatment.
- •3. The participant who have used antibiotics within 2 weeks prior to the first study visit.
- •4. The participant who have received oral prophylaxis seven days prior to first study visit.
- •5. Parents with physical or intellectual disability.
