入选标准
- •1.Women who are experiencing a mild and moderate degree of menopausal symptoms and moderate and poor wellbeing.
- •2.Women who are having menopausal symptoms for 6 months.
- •3.Women who have complete cessation of menstruation for 1 year
排除标准
- •1.Women with surgical menopause.
- •2.Women on medications such as anxiolytics, anti-depressants, to avoid treatment-related effects.
- •3.Women having severe comorbidity like cancer, severe medical disorder, etc
- •4.Women with Hormonal replacement therapy.
- •5.Women with a moderate and severe degree of menopausal symptoms but who express having good wellbeing.
