- •Patients having symptoms of pain in the lumbar region,Radiating pain to buttocks and lower limb,stiffness present in lumbar region
- •Exacerbation of pain on movements,pain increased on forward bending,tingling sensation and numbness
- •Patients who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation
- •Patients who are willing for admission and stay IPD or willing to attend OPD
- •patient willing to sign informed consent document

- •Congenital anomalies
- •Autoimmmune diseases
- •Inflammatory arthritis associated with HLA B27
- •Scheuermanns disease
- •Paget disease of bone
- •Infectious diseases
- •Inflammatory bowel diseases
- •Osteoporotic fracture
- •Traumatic fracture
- •Diabetes mellitus
- •Cardiac diseases
- •Liver diseases
- •Renal diseases
- •Pregnant women and lactating mother
- •Patient with any other serious illness
