This study is aimed to find association between peri operative drugs used in oral cancer and effect on cancer recurrence and their economic burden of rercurrence.
Primary Objectives-
To determine the proportion of patients who experienced recurrence of oral cancer within a timeframe of at least 3 years. To evaluate the pattern of use and association of drugs (peri operative) used in oral cancer management on time to recurrence and overall survival. To evaluate the pattern of use and association of concomitant medication and used in oral cancer patients on overall survival and time to recurrence.
Secondry Objective-
To investigate the influence of treatment modalities (surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy) on both overall survival and time to recurrence.
Cost of illness analysis in management of oral cancer.

- •Patients diagnosed with oral cancer and undergone surgery between January 2018 and June 2021 Patients diagnosed with oral cancer and confirmed histopathologicaly All cases of Stage 2 and Stage 3 Patients have been there for follow up for at least 3 year at Kasturba Hospital Manipal.
排除标准
- •All cases of Stage 4 oral cancer Patients with incomplete medical records or insufficient follow-up data.
