入选标准
- •1) Written informed consent be obtained from caregivers
- •2) Assent from children who are 6 to 15 years of age
- •3) Asthma patients who are confirmed by methacholine challenge test: PC20(provocativecon centration causing 20% fall in FEV1) < 8 mg/ml or increase FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in 1 second) over 12% after using bronchodilator
排除标准
- •1) Present sinusitis
- •2) Present nasal polyp
- •3) Present otitis media
- •4) Immotile cilia syndrome
- •5) Immune compromised patients
- •6) Severe asthma (FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in 1 second) < 60%)
- •7) Unable to irrigate nose due to mental retardation or cognition impairment
