•The criteria for selection of research participants are to maintain cognitive function to utilize IoT devices, and to understand the survey or to fulfill the visiting nurse's instructions. Chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, home cancer patients, hyperlipidemia, cerebrovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease can be included in the study subjects. Subjects recommend research to those who live alone or socially weak among and assign them to groups A and B.

•The criteria for exclusion from participation in the study are those who have been diagnosed with dementia or have significantly reduced cognitive function, making it difficult to conduct questionnaire surveys and difficult to follow the instructions of visiting nurses. In addition, they must not have taken drugs or been diagnosed by a doctor for alcoholism, depression, schizophrenia or other psychosis. If it is judged that it is impossible to continue participating in the study due to deterioration of health during the study, or if it dies, it should be excluded from the study. Those who are judged to be difficult to guarantee voluntary participation in other studies, and those who wish to give up their participation even during the course of the study, should be excluded from the study participants.
