入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Age between 20-60 years
- •2. Borderline controlled hypertensive (controlled NIBP <= 140/90mm Hg without any medication)
- •3. ASA physical status < III
- •4. Planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy as elective surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patientsâ??s refusal
- •2. ASA grade IV
- •3. Patient taking any antihypertensive medication
- •4. Patients with ASA physical status of 3 or more
- •5. Age > 60 years & <20 years; pregnant and nursing women
- •6. Cardio-pulmonary compromised patients
- •7. Major hepatic, Renal or endocrine dysfunction
- •8. Allergy to anaesthetic drugs used.
