入选标准

  • 1) Aged 18-60 years old;
  • 2) Healthy volunteers: no physical discomfort or underlying diseases in the past 1 month; Hamilton anxiety scale score HAMA-14=7 points;
  • 3) Patients with chronic neck pain and anxiety: need to meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic neck pain and anxiety; VAS score > 3 and 8< HAMA-14 score =20;
  • 4) no history of needle faintness;
  • 5) No peripheral stimulation intervention (such as acupuncture, peripheral electrical stimulation, etc.) and central stimulation (such as rTMS, tDCS, etc.) in the past three months;
  • 6) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准

  • 1) Patients with cervical spondylosis without cervical pain, or patients without cervical pain as the main complaint; Other types of cervical spondylosis were excluded through clinical manifestations and X-ray examinations.
  • 2) Have violent behavior, psychotic symptoms, or have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other mental disorders;
  • 3) History of personality disorder;
  • 4) History of alcohol or substance abuse;
  • 5) History of brain trauma and epilepsy;
  • 6) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and cerebrovascular diseases;
  • 7) Chronic weakness, severe neurosis, dementia, severe osteoporosis, pregnancy;
  • 8) Leukemia, thrombocytopenia and other bleeding tendency.
