入选标准
- •1) Endoscopic or Robot-Assisted Thyroidectomy
- •2) American society of Anesthesiologist physical class I-II
- •3) Aged 19-70 yrs
- •4) Informed consent
- •5) thyroid mass smaller than 4 cm in benign cases and smaller than 2 cm in potentially malignant cases without evidence of extracapsular soft tissue invasion or metastasis
排除标准
- •1) allergy with local anesthetics
- •2) Chronic user of opioids or analgesics
- •3) Previous thyroid or thoracic surgery
- •4) Obesity (BMI = 40 kg/m2)
- •5) patients who cannot understand pain scale (score) or hard to communicate
- •6) pregnancy or breast-feeding
- •7) hepatic or renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 60 ml/ min/1.73 m2)
