简要总结
The present study is an Interventional openlabel Randomized Controlled Trial to compare the effect of slow breathing type of Pranayama on autonomic function tests.Volunteers in 30-40 yrs age group will be randomly allocated to slow breathing group and control group. Autonomic function tests like Cold Pressor Test, Valsalva ratio and Sustained HandgripTest will be done before and after the intervention.
