- •Unconscious & semiconscious patients,malignancy - in any organ,systemic diseases like uncontrolled hypertension & diabetes mellitus,tuberculosis, paralysis and parkinsonism etc.Hyperlipidaema,
- •chronic renal failure,chronic liver disease,
- •pregnant women,long term steroid dependant.
