- •Age 15 to 45 years
- •Not having children
- •Literacy for reading and writing
- •No physical or psychological illness
- •Not taking any type of psychiatric medications
- •Having a score of 23 or higher on the Mental Health Questionnaire
排除标准
- •Lack of desire to continue participating in the study
- •The occurrence of an accident during the study period, which leads to anxiety and depression.
- •Severe family disputes
- •Failure to attend more than two training sessions for the intervention group
