- •Patients fulfilling American society of Anaesthesiologists grade 1,2
- •Patients aged between 18 years to 65 years posted for major spine surgeries
排除标准
- •Patients allergic to local anaesthetics
- •Patients on opioids for chronic pain
- •Patients who refused to be a part of the study
- •Patients with impared hepatic and renal function
- •Patients on calcium channel blockers and magnesium
- •Patients posted for surgeries with duration greater than 5hours
