- 18Y 至 60Y（—）
入选标准
- •Healthy patients; both genders; non-smokers; 18 and 60 years old; absence of periodontal disease in the teeth of interest of the research; with indication of increase of the band of keratinized mucosa bilaterally in the region of at least 3 mandibular premolars.
排除标准
- •Patients with systemic problems that contraindicate oral surgeries; pregnant women; who were taking or had taken controlled medications and antibiotics in the last 6 months preceding the survey, presence of periodontal disease in the areas of interest of the survey; cognitive impairment; users of illicit drugs or alcohol and smokers; former users of illicit drugs, former smokers and former alcoholics could only be included in the study if they had fully quit their addiction at least 6 months before the start of the survey.
