简要总结
Vertical jump height is one of the common convenient tests for determining the explosive power of sports athletes, which in turn deduces their performance on the field. It measures the difference between the highest jumping point and their erect standing point by marking a point above them with chalk. Tissue flossing is a novel intervention found by few researchers to have shown improvement in the range of motion and muscle power when low-intensity exercises are done with its application for a few minutes. So, in this study, we aim to find out whether tissue flossing on knees of 6-8 months post knee surgery individuals improves vertical jump height and hence their power when compared to those without floss.
