简要总结
Final enrollment: 40 participants (CG 20 / EG 20; no dropouts). EEG: Alpha power increased in both groups and theta power decreased only in the EG, with no between-group differences (p = 0.693 / p = 0.215). Stroop: Reaction time decreased in both groups, with no between-group differences (p = 0.248 / p = 0.071), while accuracy did not change significantly. VAS: Hunger decreased in the EG, with a significant between-group difference (p = 0.017). DEBQ: Emotional eating decreased in the EG, but no between-group difference was found (p = 0.266).

- •Healthy adults aged 20–24 years
- •No serious mental or physical illness within the past 6 months
- •Voluntarily provided written informed consent
- •Able to follow the investigator’s instructions

- •Use of medications that may affect electroencephalography (EEG)
- •Cardiovascular or respiratory disease unsuitable for vigorous exercise
- •Visual, auditory, or vestibular impairment
