- •Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of a malignant or non-malignant disease
- •Independent ambulation without the use of assistive devices at hospital admission
- •Karnofsky Performance Status =70% at the time of study enrollment
- •Written informed consent from the participant and, where applicable, the participant's legal guardian
排除标准
- •Congenital malformation syndromes (e.g., trisomy 21)
- •Fractures or an increased risk of fractures
- •Severe neurological or cognitive impairment preventing participation in the exercise program or study assessments
- •Severe coagulation disorders or other medical contraindications to physical exercise
